Free plans are designed for 'average' bodies. They don't account for YOUR weight, height, goals, injuries, or lifestyle. I build every program around YOU after a consultation — and I adjust it weekly based on your progress.
Not necessarily. I create both gym-based and home-based programs. During our consultation, we'll discuss your available equipment and design a plan that works in YOUR environment.
Most clients start feeling more energetic within 2 weeks. Visible body changes typically start at 4-6 weeks. Sustainable transformations that last take 3-6 months of consistent work. I don't promise overnight miracles — I promise a system that works.
In our free call, I'll ask about your goals, current stats, training history, and any injuries. Then I'll explain whether my coaching is the right fit for you and what a custom program would look like. No pressure, no sales pitch.
That's actually one of the most important questions to answer on the form. If you have injuries or medical conditions, we work WITH them — not around them. I've trained clients with diabetes, back issues, and more. Just be honest on the form and we'll address it in the consultation.
